Exceeded all expectations!

The fire pit, hot tub, and game room were all great and we loved them. However, what really impressed us all was how well stocked, prepped, and detailed the house itself was. Plenty of towels, water bottles left on the bed, and a neat booklet of things to do in Chattanooga. Thank y'all so much for your care!

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was quiet at night and every room is comfortable so we slept great. The house is adorable. We had fun playing records, soaking in the hot tub, and playing in the game room. You will not be bored here! The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is that we brought our dog and we were unable to walk her in the neighborhood because there were a lot of dogs running around off leash (maybe strays?) But the Tennessee River Park is a quick drive and she loved walking there instead. Overall, a fantastic, convenient place to stay and the owners were very prompt with communication.

Great place for a friend gathering

We had a great stay in a very clean, well appointed house. There was plenty of room and lots of space for a group of six adults to congregate and hang out. Communication with the owner was prompt. The hot tub and game room were a fun plus. The neighborhood is starting to transition, and we felt totally comfortable. Downtown was just a short ride away. Chattanooga is a fun city!

Fantastic rental - would stay again!

So it was spring break for our 2 families with kids from 6-9. The plan was to hit attractions in Chattanooga and then return home and chill. So it was important to us to have a good home to stay at; and the property exceeded expectations!! The home was super clean and very well furnished with supplies and equipment for our stay. Everyone loved the arcade room and hot tub, and when someone needed alone time there rooms were nice and comfortable to relax in and watch TV. Plenty of entertainment options to choose from!! And it was soooooo close to downtown without being in the thick of it all! Thanks again!

Friends getaway

Friends and family gathered to celebrate New Year's Eve. We enjoyed the poker table, arcade machine, and the comfortable beds. House was nicely decorated with retro furniture. Our dog loved the fenced in yard too! Host was very responsive to our questions or requests. Had a lot of fun ringing in the new year.

Fun Place!

Girlfriend trip to Chattanooga did not disappoint and neither did this unit. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! Owner was all available and answered questions quickly! Definitely recommend!

Nice three bedroom close to downtown

Close distance to downtown and lookout mountain. We had no issues whatsoever and did not even need to contact the property manager at any time (which is always a great thing). All 6 adults and 2 children were comfortable the whole time. Outdoor seating area and hot tub were used every night!

Nice spot for family and dogs

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as described--fun decor, game room with arcade game and foosball, nice hot tub and yard for our two small dogs. As others have written, the neighborhood is in transition but we found it to be quiet and safe and also convenient to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Everything was clean and provided supplies were well stocked. It is a quick drive to downtown Chattanooga and most attractions. Nothing wrong with the property but the neighborhood is a bit “run down” and most of the other houses are very old but this one is very well updated!

Hidden Gem

The house is a hidden gem, close to downtown. The neighborhood is older but very safe and quiet. Very comfortable, so cute ! The owner was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We had a family gathering and had plenty of space. Could have used a few more dish towels but otherwise a perfect 2 night stay.

Best experience so far!

We stayed here for a friends vacation, 2 families, 6 people. We loved the decor, the games (even the multiple Galaga tournaments played throughout our stay). Like the others reviewed, the neighborhood seems in transition, but the neighbors seemed nice and the house felt very private. Close to all the things you would want to do in Chattanooga. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Great place.

We stayed 4 nights as a mini-vacay for our anniversary. It was exactly as shown in the pics. The 70s decor was like a blast from the past. I did have a couple of (extremely stupid in retrospect) questions while we were there but I texted the owner using the number that sent us a check-in confirmation. Both were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Chattanooga area.

Beautiful property

This property was the cutest with all the decorations, and the game room. We all loved it and enjoyed the fence for the privacy. The hot tub was very nice to have in the evenings. I would def visit this property again.

Nice place

My family and I stayed for a few days. The area is a bit older and a little run down, but safe. The house is unique and in good condition and decorated really cool in a 70s theme, yet very trendy. The beds are comfortable and the house was clean except for the ceiling fans. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Wonderful house! Check-in/out was easy. Convenient drive to downtown. Uber drivers warned us about the neighborhood, but we had no issues. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable, clean, quaint, relaxing.

We had to make an unexpected trip for our family. This little house was a perfect oasis. The decor is retro but in a very tasteful way, we loved the record player. Having a privet hot tub was just what we needed and it was used every day we were there. Management was very helpful and quick to respond to any issues. We were told by a few people that the neighborhood was questionable but we never had a problem and all was quiet. Pictures are very accurate to the property. We will be renting again I'm sure!

Perfect little getaway

I'm very impressed with this place. The decor was splendid. It was very clean. The kids, ages 5 and 9, stayed entertained. I was a little nervous about the location based on the other reviews, but it was totally fine! We had plenty of supplies, more than most places leave you with. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. I can't wait to return, the kids didn't want to leave.
