This is a full apartment located in the basement of a new house built in 2023. In addition to having the full apartment, the property owner is allowing guests to park inside the garage. Both units are blocked off from each other for 100% privacy, with the only shared space being the garage. This property also has a beautiful back yard with view of the GA mountain that guests will have full access to as well.



Camp Jordan Hideaway is located less than 2 miles off I-75 as you enter into the Chattanooga area from Atlanta or Knoxville. There are ample places to eat and shop off this exit and another large eating / shopping area is located less than 15 minutes away. If you need to work or visit the Downtown Chattanooga area you are 15-25 minutes away depending on traffic.
