Ideally located two short blocks from Coolidge Park and the Walnut St. Walking Bridge, this incomparable home was furnished and designed with comfort, luxury, and families in mind. We love our city and know that you will too!

Located < 0.2 miles away from Coolidge Park, this is perfect launching point for all your Chattanooga adventures! Within an easy 5 minute walk, you will discover many downtown and Northshore restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, local artisan retail, salons, day spas, galleries, grocery stores, boutiques, museums, recreational activities, and entertainment attractions. The proximity to the Walnut St. pedestrian bridge, makes all of the downtown attractions within easy walking distance. The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first!

Want to explore a little farther? You can rent bikes from Bike Chattanooga and have immediate access to miles of downtown Chattanooga or the TN Riverwalk.

When you are meeting up with friends and family, this house is the perfect spot to just enjoy time together. Did we mention that the house and everything in it is BRAND NEW!?

With two separate living room areas, a dining table that seats 10, five bedrooms, and a large covered back patio, there is space for everyone to be comfortable. The back patio is located right off the main living space and includes comfortable seating, a dining table, fireplace, TV, gas grill, and ceiling fans. Just want to relax? Our master bath offers a luxurious free-standing soaking tub and separate shower.

There are large TVs in all 4 king bedrooms and 3 common areas, with endless entertainment options through Netflix, Hulu Live, & Disney +. We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

The ground floor game room has a kids craft table, board games, puzzles, kids books & toys, and a shuffleboard table! We also added a little extra nostalgic fun with an 818 retro video game console that can be plugged into any of the TVs. Hours of fun for adults or kids!

All king bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and new mattresses with clean duvet covers. We believe your sleep is important and chose high-end mattresses and luxurious sheets to provide maximum comfort.

The built-in bunk room is cozy and fun, with 4 Twin XL mattresses and individual wall lamps for each bed. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. We have a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker stocked with k-cups, sugar, cream, and various teas with honey. We provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, spices, and a few basic condiments. A complimentary snack basket and a treat from our favorite local bakery is waiting for you to enjoy!

We love hosting families with kids! There are games, puzzles, and toys to enjoy. We also provide a pack ’n play with sheets, a high chair seat, and kids plates, bowls, cups, etc.

The two-car garage is accessible for guests and includes two electric car charging stations. The driveway provides 4 additional parking spaces. We have a laundry room available for guest use and we provide some detergent to get you started.

The front exterior of the property is monitored by an Alro security camera and doorbell. We also allow guests to use the alarm system if they wish. Both doors on the front of the house are accessible with a keypad for self check-in.

It's an easy flat 5 minute walk to the Coolidge Park area or you can go across the Walnut St. Walking Bridge to all of the amazing restaurants and attractions in downtown Chattanooga!
