Welcome to Rosewood Cottage, your NorthShore retreat in Chattanooga! This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 and is perfectly designed for families, friends, and pets.

Located just a short walk to Coolidge Park and a 3-minute drive to downtown, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a 65" smart TV, a fully stocked dine-in kitchen with a coffee bar, and smart TVs in every bedroom. Bedrooms include a king guest room, a queen guest room, and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks — perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to your private fenced yard and enjoy evenings in the 8-person hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, or grilling out on the gas BBQ. Kids (and grown-ups!) will love the arcade games, while the outdoor dining area makes it easy to relax together.

Extras include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, and exterior security cameras for peace of mind. Pet-friendly: we welcome up to 4 pets! $100 per stay covers up to 2 pets. Bringing more? Add another $100 for up to 2 extra pets. Non-refundable.

Whether you’re here to explore Chattanooga’s sights or just relax in comfort, Rosewood Cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Please note: A long-term tenant resides in a completely separate unit at the back of the property. There are no shared spaces — the yard, deck, and all guest areas are private to you. The tenant does occasionally walk up the driveway to access that entrance. The couple is friendly and respectful, so don’t be surprised if you see them in passing!

We had a great Christmas break in this cozy, pet friendly house with all the comforts to relax and unwind. We loved the location ... easily walkable to the restaurants, shops, park, and river walk off the north shore neighborhood. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. The arcade and hot tub were a plus! We cooked several meals, the kitchen has everything you need and grocery stores are very close.

Very clean home, nicely decorated with plenty of seating. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and the home had everything we needed for our stay. This is a great location in north Chattanooga that is close to all of the attractions downtown. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Chattanooga.

This home had everything you could possibly want or need for a wonderful vacation. The hot tub and arcade room was a bonus!! The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in any VRBO. The home was super clean, large TV's and a very cool wrap around porch. Having a fenced in front yard for our pup was awesome too. They even supply the poop bags for you:) Restaurants and bars are all within working distance!!!We definitely will book this home again!

My friend and I visited with our two tween daughters, and the house was just the right size. The girls loved the bunk beds and hot tub, and the mamas loved having our own rooms and a comfy den to hang out in. The house is a very short drive to lots of great restaurants, and our host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions and even dinner recommendations!

We had an amazing stay

We absolutely love this place! I’ve been on a lot of work trips with my husband and this was by far the best. Chattanooga is a beautiful city and this house is so close to everything. It was so easy to get downtown, or to Lookout Mountain, or anywhere we wanted to go. We loved the location to food and quick necessities. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed once we walked in the door. The host sent us a message with recommendations for the area and we tried several suggestions and loved them. We had towels, linens, everything we needed to make food, (we did a Walmart delivery), and we loved the hot tub! Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

I’ve lived in Chattanooga in the past I love the North Shore! This location was perfect! I travel with well groomed, well-behaved dogs and had my son and daughter-in-law stay with us. It was a lovely trip. I could not ask for anything better.!

Perfect Chattanooga getaway

Excellent house with all the amenities and great areas for relaxing with multiple porch areas, hot tub, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen area. East walking distance for coffee, ice cream, dining and shops as well as close to local trails for running and biking.

This place was a great spot for myself, husband our kids and my dad. We have stayed in many short term rentals visiting family in Chattanooga and we will stay here again. Comfy beds, comfy sofa, fenced in yard and hot tub was everything we needed.

Cozy Home with a Responsive Host and Pet-Friendly Touch

We had a nice stay at this rental home. The location felt safe and convenient, and the house was cozy and perfect for our needs. Cozy Home - Excellent Customer Service

We stayed ub Chattanooga over Thanksgiving. In addition to celebrating the holiday, we were also celebrating a family birthday. The home was even better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked perfectly with everything we needed. Personal touches from eyemakeup remover towels to a pet station in the fenced in yard for our dog - every detail has been meticulously thought of and planned. We were so grateful for our time away - we truly felt like we were at home! Would book again!
