Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home that offers guests the comfort and convenience of staying in a fully furnished and equipped house. The property features two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and ample storage space for guests' belongings. The common spaces such as living room, dining area and kitchen are designed to be functional and relaxing, allowing guests to cook meals, unwind, and entertain themselves during their stay.

Red Bank Stay

We enjoyed our stay and for an older house it’s nice, we’re not looking for perfection but there were lots of little things that could’ve been fixed to make the house more presentable. The bathroom sink takes forever to drain, most all the blinds have a small section broken out. The beds were comfortable so I pulled the sheet of the one I was sleeping on to see what kind of mattress it was and found a blood stain. The online pictures show a nice driveway and when we got there the hedges were so overgrown that they took up half of the entire driveway. It took the AC a whole day to cool the house down and after it did it still would get to the low 70’s by the end of the day. I did call and they sent someone over to look at it and it got better but still wouldn’t keep up. The listing said it had a washer and dryer which it did not after we got there. All in all we enjoyed our stay but feel the house should have some work done because as it sits it doesn’t meet rental standards.

Bad Experience

The house was close to the location of the wedding we were attending so we ignored the bad reviews. The house was dirty, had minimal items for the renters use/comfort and was generally uninviting. Worst the air-conditioning did not work and it was constantly a HOT 80 degrees. We tried to get assistance from the management company, but they were unhelpful, rude and finally did not respond. We moved out and paid for duplicate accommodations and are currently disputing the charges. Do Not Rent!

Not up to standard

This property has potential but is not ready to be rented as a VRBO vacation property. There is an overall sense of disrepair, shabbiness, and cheapness. The screened in porch is half screen, half burlap stapled together. There was a dead, decomposing bird on the back porch. Neither space was cleaned; cigarette butts were on the floor and the loveseat was too filthy to sit on. There was no effort to include conveniences for the renter. There were closets but no hangers in any of them. There was no spare bedding or pillows, and on the beds was a single sheet and a thin bedspread. The single mattresses on slats were poor quality. The plumbing is also not great; water from the bathroom taps sprays and the water pressure in the shower is weak. Things that would be easy and inexpensive to add but were lacking: a hook on the bathroom door to hang towels; a nightstand on both sides of the bed; ice trays; a toaster; shampoo; a bar of soap. The internet came on and off. I do credit the management company, which was responsive to texts and re-set the internet remotely when it went out entirely. Overall, we enjoyed Chattanooga but did not enjoy the house. I would take it off the rental market until work can be done to make it a more welcoming and comfortable experience. As it, it is not up to the VRBO standard.
