We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

- Townhouse 1: 3 bed | 3.5 bath | patio
- Townhouse 2: 2 bed | 2 bath | rooftop deck
- Note: There is NO internal access between the units.
- You will have full access to both homes

GUEST PARKING: 6 vehicles max allowed
- Two, 1 car garages (1 garage per townhouse)
- EV charger for electric cars
- Additional parking onsite in front of the main walkway and other shared spaces - refer to pictured diagram provided with check-in instructions

SOCIAL CLUB (COMMON HOUSE) ACCESS:
- Off site 21+ social club access to all their amenities; pool, co-working space, gym, podcasting booth and more.
- 1 Day pass per adult with 3 night minimum stay
- Kiddos are welcome in the dining room during brunch on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm

- First Floor Bedroom: Queen sized bed, closet, blackout curtains, sound machine, access to first floor bath

- Master Bedroom: KING sized bed, electric fireplace, on suite bath, connecting Tranquility Room, sound machine
- Secondary Bedroom: KING sized bed, closet, blackout curtains, sound machine

- On suite master bath with walk in shower, double sinks, access to sauna room
- Third Floor Bath with shower/tub combo
- First floor batch with shower/tun combo
Townhouse 2:
- On suite master bath, with stand up shower, double sinks, hairdryer

SAUNA ROOM - TOWNHOUSE 1:
- Dedicated sauna room connected to master bathroom
- Infrared sauna that seat two, heats to 150 degrees Fahrenheit

- Dedicated relaxation space connected to master bedroom
- Full body massage chair with 10+ settings to relax the body

- Storage container for leftovers, mixing bowls, dish towels & sharp knives

- Townhouse 1 has dedicated dining area that seats 8 & bar stools at the massive kitchen island that seats 6
- Townhouse 2 has dedicated dining area seats 5 to 6 & bar stools at kitchen island for 3

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the home, on the deck or front porch, violation will incur a $500 fine + any additional cleaning fees and damages. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.

COMMON HOUSE AND POOL ACCESS:

PET POLICY:
1. We do not allow dogs on the furniture.
2. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150
3. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages
4. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside
5. Dog must be taken to potty in the dog park are. Per our HOA dogs are not allowed to poop or pee in the front yards
6. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the dog park area and throw it away (there is a trash can in the dog park area and dumpsters are in the front of the community)
7. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the dog park area
8. Dog will be supervised at all times
9. If left alone, dogs must be crated
10. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.
