“This is a guest house rather than a standard hotel, although it has standard amenities. Situated in the countryside near Chenonceau castle, the property is located in a former mill house bordering the Cher river, which some rooms overlook. The house is surrounded by a large garden, with a swimming pool, pétanque court, ping pong and access to paths along the riverside. The staff is welcoming, informed, and extremely helpful, especially with advice about restaurants and activities in the area....

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the entire place is well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. Another huge plus is the fantastic family...
