“We drove 2 days to get to The Best western in Plattsburgh, NY. We got to the hotel at 2 pm.and asked to check in. The clerk told us check in time was 4 pm. We told him that we had traveled from Georgia. He told us that if we wanted to check in early there would be a $25.00 fee. We have arrived at other hotels before scheduled check in times and have been accommodated. By telling us that we could check in early for a fee let us know that there were rooms ready and by arriving early the customer...

Saw indoor pool but did not use. Bfast was good with waffles and a couple hot items. Great location off Highway. Would stay again.”
