    ARROYO

    Arroyo dispone di una Carriage House che può essere affittata come opzione aggiuntiva per la casa principale, che aumenta il numero di ospiti a nove.

    Venite a godervi Arroyo come una vacanza o come luogo di ritrovo, circondati dalla bellezza del Lago Chelan. Nel 2016, questa casa è stata descritta come la casa del resort dell'anno dalla rivista 425 ... il design e i dettagli sono un piacere visivo! Il menu fotografico cattura la splendida cornice e l'arredamento eclettico, ma confortevole.

    Arroyo è situato nel gruppo di case Upper Bluff con una vista a 180 ° sul lago e sulle montagne. Il prato in pendenza aggiunge ulteriore relax e spazio di gioco. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla piscina principale Lookout Hilltop, dal parco superiore e dalle aree giochi presenti. Il porto turistico e la baia per il nuoto sono proprio in fondo alla collina.

    Il livello principale della casa è dedicato agli spazi pubblici aperti e scorrevoli. Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina possono contenere il tuo stile di intrattenimento. Cuochi e compagnia apprezzeranno la cucina per preparare e servire i pasti. Dispensa walk-in, fabbricatore di ghiaccio separato, dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino e due lavastoviglie rendono la festa facile. Con il caldo, fai scorrere la parete di 20 piedi delle finestre e goditi lo spazio aggiuntivo del portico coperto. Divani e tavolo da fuoco all'aperto ti invitano a soffermarti. Anche il bagno in polvere e il bucato sono su questo livello - ordinato.

    Le camere sono al piano superiore e godono tutte della vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Ampi cuscini e lenzuola sono progettati per il tuo comfort. Entrambe le camere da letto principali hanno il bagno privato. Il bagno per la camera a castello è dall'altra parte del corridoio.

    La Carriage House può essere affittata a un costo aggiuntivo. Ha un divano / chaise-longue con un letto matrimoniale memory foam. Abbastanza comodo! Ampio pouf, sedie, frigorifero per bevande e HDTV Sony da 48 "assicurano un'altra area relax. Cabina armadio e bagno 3/4 completano questo spazio accogliente.

    La comunità Lookout sta crescendo e potrebbero esserci attività di costruzione durante il tuo soggiorno. Gli orari di costruzione variano in base alla stagione, ma cadranno tra le 7:00 a. m. - 6:00 p. m. nei giorni feriali e 8:00 a. m. - 4:30 p. m. nei finesettimana. The property was clean, but the deck needs some work as the stain is worn, we kept getting slivers in our feet, some light bulbs were burnt out inside the house, and it could use a good pressure washing on the outside.

This trip was made for my sister's bachelorette celebration and the 7 of us had an incredible time thanks to this rental and the Lookout! The lake view was beautiful, the neighborhood was adorable, and it was a very quaint and relaxing weekend for us. We appreciate the comfort and care that was provided to us for those three days. We also love how close in location we were to multiple wineries and the wonderful ciderhouse down the hill. We would all book again!

The AC was a bit difficult to figure out, as it didn't seem to turn on in one of the bedrooms. And the golf cart crew had their stop outside of the home which was wonderful and convenient until they started their engines (the cards are VERY loud) at 10pm to end their shift. All together the house and location was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The house has a beautiful view from every room so even quarantine-ing while away was comfortable. The kitchen was a joy to cook in - great appliances and plenty of counter space. The pool was closer by and fairly empty. The house is right on the path to get down to the beach. The backyard lawn was perfect for bocce. Our favorite lookout house so far!

Now that we’ve had a taste of the amazing community we won’t stay anywhere else. The pool area, kids playground, bocce courts, and open lawn are perfect for a family trip! The arroyo house we rented was spectacular - great layout, gorgeous interiors, and a stunning 180* view of the lake. Can’t say enough great things about this spot!
