    Benvenuti a Smokey-Bauer's Lakehouse! Questa nuovissima casa a due piani con 4 camere da letto a pochi passi dalla piscina, dal campo da pickleball, dal belvedere e dal sentiero per la spiaggia del lungolago e dal porto turistico è l'ideale per famiglie numerose o grandi. La pianta del piano di vita inversa dispone di un grande soffitto a volta grande sala al piano superiore con due grandi divani, sedie girevoli in pelle, 55 "4K SMART TV, tavolo da pranzo per 8 e cucina completamente attrezzata con isola posti a sedere per 4- tutti con maestoso lago e vista sulle montagne. L'ampio portico laterale coperto, con ventilatore a soffitto e grill a gas, offre agli ospiti un facile accesso alla piscina e al parco ed è arredato con posti a sedere sia per mangiare e rilassarsi godendo le viste incredibili. A pochi passi dalla piscina, è l'ideale per una breve pausa in piscina per gustare il pranzo all'aperto prima di tornare per divertirsi di più o per cenare guardando il tramonto sul lago. Il ponte anteriore offre spazio aggiuntivo per gustare una tazza di caffè al mattino con un buon libro o guardare la notte mentre si gusta un bicchiere di vino. L'ampia suite master, anch'essa situata al piano superiore, dispone di letto king size, HD SMART TV da 42 ", posti a sedere supplementari e ampia suite con vasca da bagno, doccia separata, mobile doppio lavabo e cabina armadio.

    Il livello inferiore (livello della strada) con ampi corridoi ospita la seconda e la terza camera da letto degli ospiti, divisi da un bagno completo con doccia. La camera da letto # 2, con vista sull'esterno, vanta un letto king size, una SMART TV HD da 42 "e un armadio completo, mentre la camera da letto # 3 offre un letto queen size, una SMART TV HD da 42" e un armadio completo. Dall'altra parte del corridoio, entrerai nella cuccetta / sala multimediale attraverso una porta scorrevole. Questa camera, ideale per un massimo di sei bambini, dispone di un letto a castello matrimoniale extra lungo con un doppio rotelle. Il grande divano si trasforma anche in un letto matrimoniale. I bambini potranno divertirsi guardando i film sulla SMART TV da 55 "4K o giocando ai loro giochi preferiti su Xbox360. Un terzo bagno completo, con doccia, si trova dall'altra parte del corridoio. Sempre al piano inferiore si trova una lavanderia dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta capacità.

    Il garage annesso offre un luogo ideale per riporre giocattoli e biciclette in piscina e sul lago, ed è un ottimo punto di ingresso per i bambini dopo una divertente giornata al lago o in slittino in inverno. Ulteriori spazio patio esterno con posti a sedere e pozzo del fuoco di gas si trova sul lato nord della proprietà e offre favolose viste sul lago e sulle montagne, impressionante per una notte di marshmallows torrefazione e narrazione.

    Anche se questa casa non accetta animali domestici, a volte, l'animale domestico del proprietario rimane in questa casa.

    La comunità di Lookout è in crescita e potrebbero esserci attività di costruzione durante il vostro soggiorno. We plan to rent this again next year! The only thing I was a bit confused on was what to do with the dirty towels..... I was nervous to leave them not washed.... but didn’t have time to wash them. Great place!

This was the first time visiting for many of my family members, including my mom, aunt, sister, and cousins. What started as a trip just for the moms turned into a fun adventure with the kiddos, too. The house was absolutely amazing; it had everything we could’ve asked for. A big plus was the generous supply of towels and the fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances we needed for cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Rooms were all nice and kitchen and living room space was open and had a lot of seating for us all. Decks were very nice as well. One larger deck and a smaller one. I’m sure in the summer they are very nice to use. Location was fine. No view of the lake on this house. But, that was fine. Kitchen was fully loaded. Would suggest for them to get a Keurig or another espresso machine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THe house is pretty nice and fully equipped in the bedrooms in the kitchen. Everything is well thought out. We like the shuttle between the top of the hill and the bottom where the lake is. It was very nice and convenient.We like the daily messages that tell us what are going on in the community and what we can participate.The home was listed as equipped with EV Charger. It turns out that you have to go through a lot of steps before you can charge the vehicle. I wasted over 1 hour of vacation time to figure how to charge my Tesla and eventually gave us since the ChargePoint in the garage cannot connect to the Wifi network in the house. Wasted another hour to search for a Tesla Supercharger to charge the car. THe whole experience sucked.

Summer Vacation at the Lookout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We landed at The Lookout Lakeside Village by accident. In short, we were looking for a stop midway between Seattle and Lake Roosevelt. We stumbled upon The Lookout and after reviewing the location, amenities, properties, and rates, we committed to staying for four nights. I'm Your Huckleberry and the Village exceeded our expectations. The grounds are exceptionally clean, the staff are friendly and outgoing, and there is a little of something for everyone . As for the Huckleberry, it was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The deck was great for evening socializing and the shuffleboard and fuse ball table in the garage kept our kids busy while adults chatted on the deck. The house was nice and cool when we walked in. The house also seemed to welcome us. Unlike lots of rentals that have many rules, the Huckleberry made us feel as if we didn't have to tip toe around the place. *** for the village, shuttle rides to and from the beach were an unexpected surprise. Our kids had a blast with the Glow Party at the pool, and who could pass up movie night with "Sand Lot" on an outdoor screen. Lastly, there is a lot to do in the area: swimming, boating, jet skis, golf, wine tasting, go carts, miniature golf, pickle ball, and if you're into running hills, killer running routes. We highly recommend the Lookout Village and I'm Your Huckleberry #33.P.S. it is also in a great location...close to the pool but not too close.

I wasn't expecting the code not to work at that point in time. Would have been nice if they included the info that the door code would not work until after check-in time. Maintenance was great. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and they fixed it right away on a Saturday night.

This home has the best covered deck which was why we chose it this year. The living arrangements were terrific. Bed was comfy and upstairs primariy was huge. Love the walk in closet. The kitchen had everything we needed except glasses. Friends came for dinner and there weren’t enough wine glasses and water glasses. Really not a problem, but considering how well equipped the kitchen was, it was a surprise. Also, the charger in the garage did not work. If you’re expecting to charge your car, have a backup plan. Great house, lovely quiet location. No lake view.

Great house but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large enough for seven people (4 adults and 3 kids). It can definitely accommodate more than that. The layout of the house was functional. The game room in the garage was a nice addition. The upstairs living space had an open floor plan and it was perfect for entertaining. The fire pit was perfect too but we wish it had functional solar lights around it. None of the bathrooms downstairs had a bath tub which made it a little challenging for bath nights for our young children. The toilet bowl brushes in the bathroom downstairs need updating, they were old and dirty. Also, the lower level was cold even though we increased the heat in the thermostat (we stayed in the middle of October). There was hair in all the beds in the lower level. We wish it had more toys in the house for toddlers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did send a review, the renting experience was the worst part in that I mistakenly booked with and paid extra for that mistake. So the whole booking was messed up with two companies being involved. Obviously I would book with Lake Chelan Lookout if I do come again - you should definitely put that on the net - so that your company comes up first. NEVER BOOK WITH unless you want to pay for the confusion. I hope this gets posted

Good size and location, but....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was nice, porch was a nice amenity even in winter. Driveway only has room for one car and garage is converted to a play room. Shuffleboard would have been cool, except there wasn't enough sand, just a sign that said "don't use salt" I guess if you provided sand you wouldn't need the sign. Kitchen is lacking lighting especially under cabinets and over stove. Beds are memory foam, I wasn't really into that style of bed. The most annoying however is that the owner has locked out the thermostat and it was a frigid 63 degrees when we arrived at 4:00 check in. This is really rediculous when you know you have someone checking in. Took about an hour to resolve through the rental agency to call the owner, etc. Water pressure in the showers were extremely low flow as well. If these are important things to you, I would not recommend this house, but all else was good. The master suite is HUGE! The other rooms are nice size. One note for the rental management company, the garbage bin on the deck was full when we arrived from prior guests.

Amazing stay!

We spent a girls weekend at I'm your huckleberry with 8 adults and it was perfect! Very clean and organized with everything we needed - towels, throw blankets, a well stocked kitchen, etc. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back!
