Benvenuti in "Unwined" - situato nel Vineyard District di The Lookout. Questa casa è tutta una questione di allontanarsi dallo stress della vita quotidiana per il romanticismo, il relax o semplicemente un momento divertente con la famiglia e gli amici.

Questa casa con 2 camere da letto, 1080 piedi quadrati ospita 7 persone.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un lussuoso letto king-size con Smart TV a schermo piatto, lettore Blu-ray e bagno interno.

La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale a castello molto comodo per ospitare comodamente 3 persone.

Il soggiorno ha un divano letto con materasso in memory foam di alta qualità (senza molle) che può ospitare comodamente 2 persone. C'è una porta scorrevole nel soggiorno che può essere chiusa per offrire privacy alla seconda camera da letto per farla sentire come un bagno privato con il bagno.

Lo spazio di vita aperto offre una cucina bella e spaziosa con tutti i comfort necessari per creare un ottimo pasto. Il grande tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 6 e un bancone / bar con posti a sedere per 3 persone. Nel soggiorno troverai un grande spazio per goderti la compagnia, guardare film o giocare.

All'esterno potrete rilassarvi sulle sedie a dondolo sul portico coperto godendovi il tranquillo scenario all'aperto o un barbecue all'aperto nel patio sul retro e trascorrere del tempo intorno al fuoco caldo dopo il tramonto.

Fantastic place

Great house and great location. The house had a nice layout for a family of four. Close to the pool and had a great lawn between the houses that kids could play at. We were able to rent one of the marina slips for the week making it very convenient to get out on the water. Would highly recommend the location and would stay at this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Unwined. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. We found a crockpot, air fryer, griddle and all the essential cooking/baking items needed (we made our own meals 90% of our stay). As a family of 4 with two elementary aged kids, this house fit us well. My main complaints would be; the beds are insanely firm and you enter the home through the kitchen which can be a choke point. We stayed for 10 nights and after 3 nights our backs/necks were killing us from the bed so take that as you will. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would highly recommend a bed upgrade to the owners.

Bedroom and bathroom were very well stocked. House was very neat and clean when we arrived. House was well stocked with games and we had so much fun playing with those after unwinding from hours of pool time at Hilltop and vineyard pool.The backyard faces the vineyard park with a nice bug wrapped porch where we ended up spending lots of quality time together.

Everything was just easy and comfortable for our family of 4; no hunting for a random item or having to make big adjustments for our littles. It's perfectly placed between the two pools and the front lawn is a great place to send the kids and still have eyes on them. Love this rental!

The house was perfect for us (master for the hubby and I) and our two kiddos were very comfy in the bunk room. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and the living room in the evenings. We didn't use the fire table or seating in the back but that was just because we were out exploring, visiting the lake or pools every day. The greenspace in the front of the house was awesome for the kids to run around in without us having to leave the porch! Would rent again for sure. Thanks for offering a smaller home in the community - we loved it!

The location and grounds were great. The communication with staff was ok, not the most friendliest or welcoming. The fridge is as dirty upon our arrival and we found hair on the beds. Overall, we will stay again, but probably at a different house.

We really enjoyed this property. It had great porches on the front and back of the house and was a really short walk from the pool. We are already talking about coming back next year!
