    CHINOOK

    Chinook è una casa di 3 piani con 3 camere da letto + soppalco e 3 bagni, oltre a una Carriage House aggiuntiva. Questa è la casa ideale per ospitare una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo di amici, con comodi posti letto e zone pranzo da 8 a 10 persone. Goditi la colazione nell'angolo cottura, le cene di gruppo sul grande tavolo da pranzo o le cene all'aperto con barbecue, patio e veranda avvolgente.

    Troverai la cucina fornita di tutti gli strumenti, elettrodomestici e piatti necessari per preparare e gustare un pasto semplice o elaborato, a seconda del tuo umore. Gli ampi posti a sedere per tutti nella Great Room al primo piano rappresentano un luogo di ritrovo perfetto la sera per intrattenere o guardare film sulla TV a grande schermo.

    Il terzo piano ha sia una zona notte con due letti singoli che una sala giochi / multimediale separata con divano letto, sedie, TV a grande schermo, lettore Blu-Ray, biliardino e molti libri, film e tavola giochi per tutta la famiglia. L'accesso WiFi è disponibile in tutta la casa.

    La carrozza ha un letto matrimoniale, bagno 3/4, tavolo e due sedie, TV a schermo piatto e un bar per la colazione con lavandino, forno a microonde, mini-frigo, macchina per il caffè, stoviglie, tazze, bicchieri e posate.

    A Chinook, puoi uscire immediatamente nel mini-parco adiacente con prato e altalena, attraversare la strada per il campo da bocce, o proseguire attraverso Jackrabbit Lane fino al Lookout Park dove puoi goderti la piscina all'aperto, la spa, la club house, la palla sottaceto corte e grande campo da gioco aperto. Tutto questo, oltre all'accesso sulla spiaggia al Lago Chelan, lo rende la vacanza perfetta per le vacanze in ogni stagione dell'anno.

We love the daily activities the Lookout puts on plus all the shuttles they provide. Our dog feels right at home in this house too! I suffered a major cardiac event 10 days prior to our vacation and was hospitalized for 14 days. I feel really terrible that I lost over $5,000 and that I disappointed my family.

Amazing house, great location, superbly clean!

The Chinook house has everything one could want for a getaway vacation with the kids and grandparents. Fully stocked with toys, kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. Great location next to the Swing Park and Bocce Court. Highly recommended for families and friends!

Just what we needed!

This was a perfect vacation for us. The home and the Lookout exceeded our expectations. The one and only negative thing was the temperature difference between the first floor and the second and third floors. The upper floors were really warm! But overall we loved our time. The house was well stocked and perfect for our family of 9.

The perfect spot for those with kids

We had six kids 10 and under in our group and they loved the upstairs loft that was loaded with kids toys, games, and books. The house was clean and well laid out and in an awesome location next to a garden and just one street off the pool house and pickleball court. Our only two minor complaints were that the fire pit on the porch is too small to be functional. We tried to cozy up to it in the evenings, but I’m not kidding when I say it’s the size of a small side table and the flame it puts out is not big enough to provide any actual heat. We were slightly jealous of the other fire pits we saw on most other properties. The second small complaint was that the internet speed is too slow to be functional. We tried streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime for the kids and literally every time the show would buffer, pixelate, and then pause. This also happened regularly when surfing the news on my phone. We didn’t go to Chelan to spend our time in front of screens so this wasn’t a huge headache, just know the internet speed won’t cut it for most normal use. But again, we would absolutely stay here again since the location, layout, and kids stuff was beyond expectations. Lovely home at a fair price.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved the home, location, cleanliness (especially with it being pet friendly), outside yard area with a swing set, and how well the house was stocked! The house felt huge, especially with the entertainment room on the 3rd floor. We took up the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and could have hosted a whole other family on the 3rd! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of room for dining - a kitchen table, dining room table and bar seating. The entertainment was a dream for our son who loved the foos ball table and all of the toys and games. I highly recommend this home!

Great Family Summer Getaway

So much for all of us to do and plenty of room for the entire family! Close to the pool, close to the parks and with the valet service to the lake, it was easy to get there as well. The kitchen was well stocked also and we cooked every meal at the house. Plenty of room for everyone to sit down together and enjoy each others company. Will definitely be back!!
