“The hotel - at least my room - was very rundown. Shredded shears, rusty microwave, broken furniture, ceiling that was peeling and more. Won’t go back. I retired December 2025 after 53 years as a professional convention-trade show manager. I’ve always had wonderful experiences staying at Wyndham Hotels until now. Terribly disappointed.”

“This hotel was excellent! Very clean, great staff, nice breakfast area with lots of cute places to sit and feel a little more separate than a bunch of square tables bunched together in a room like many hotels. Great location (Tim Horton's and Walmart very close by, as well as many other stores and restaurants). Very easy access back onto I96 as well. Highly recommend! ”

“I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. “It seemed like it had been a nice hotel at one time. There were tall wood beamed ceilings in the public areas and huge tropical trees. However, the glass entry needed to be cleaned, swimming pool was visibly dirty and the hot tub had no water. “Room stinks like an ash tray and clearly had not been wiped down. Pool was closed and the maintenance man was rude when asked why it was closed when the front desk worker said it would be open at a specific time. I also asked for extra towels from the front desk and worker told me to go get them from the laundry room. The breakfasts were not near what is pictured. The “hot” breakfast item is a bagel that you toast. Overall so bad, my family and I left before our checkout date. We will not...
