“Very nice and excellent breakfast but doesn’t really live up to the photos”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. No air conditioning but there was a powerful fan which worked well in 25 degrees. Our only gripe was no milk in the room for tea/coffee. We could have asked downstairs but just had black tea. All in all, a good stay and we will return.”

“This hotel is not comfortable. No elevator, and thin curtains. A lot of light from the windows wakes you up at sunrise. Bathroom dirty and with bad smell. Good breakfast, and free parking. Dinner restaurant with limited choice and expensive for the quality and service”

“We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!”

“Well worn property, one member of staff on a Sunday to cover reception, bar and any issues. Food menu more than limited. Rooms past the best although clean, dated, no air con if you go when it’s hot be aware.”

“Stayed for 1 night, we had lunch on arrival which was really nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was ok basic but very clean, on waking up this morning we could not get any hot water to come out of the shower not a big problem. Breakfast, Had a full English not very nice, egg under cook 1 tiny little hash brown bacon small only good thing was the sausages.
