Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom home, perfectly situated in the heart of Cheltenham town centre: an ideal place for your short stay.

Impeccably presented throughout, this self-catering home features a separate lounge and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with a dining table for 10. Each of the 5 bedrooms offers comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests, complemented by 4 modern bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of free parking for up to three cars and relax in the private enclosed courtyard.

Welcome to Trelawn Court on Rodney Road, just a stone's throw from Cheltenham Town Hall and the Promenade. You couldn't be more central!

This modern townhouse is spread over three floors and features five bedrooms, four double beds, and two single beds, accommodating up to ten guests—making it the perfect place for hosting much-needed get-togethers or celebrations.

As you enter on the ground floor, you'll find yourself in the hallway. Off the hallway is a separate lounge area with comfy sofas for up to ten and a SMART TV. At the back of the house is an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and dining table. The kitchen also houses a full-size fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Sliding doors lead out to a lovely patio area with outdoor seating. There is also a downstairs WC on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first room accommodates two single beds with an en-suite shower room. The second accommodates a double bed with another en-suite shower room.

On the top floor, you will find the last three bedrooms. The first room accommodates a double bed with an en-suite shower room. The second and third each accommodate a double bed. There is also a main bathroom with a shower over the bath.

We offer free parking for up to three vehicles. There is a rear garage for one car, and we can also provide complimentary parking permits for up to two cars to park in the local area.

Wi-Fi is complimentary and available throughout your stay.

The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

We are situated on Rodney Road a minute walk from the Town Centre and Cheltenham's iconic Promenade and Montpellier district. This property is a great base to explore Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.

Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, it offers a perfect blend of urban sophistication and rural charm. Visitors can explore the iconic Promenade, enjoy a performance at the Everyman Theatre, or unwind in the tranquil Pittville Park. There are bus stops in the town centre, a short walk from the apartment. On foot you can easily access the High St, Promenade and Montpellier area of Cheltenham and similarly you can reach Pittville and the Race Course if you wish to walk a little further.

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits for you to enjoy. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.

Our home comes with Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to watch Netflix and other online services.

We also supply all linen for the 4 x double beds and 2 x single beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided in the bathroom along with hand wash and hand & body lotion. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.

We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.

Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Trelawn Court is located in a quiet residential neighbouring in the town centre so out of respect for the local residents we have set quiet hours between 10pm and 7am where we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum.
Trelawn Court is strictly no smoking which does include outside areas too.
The maximum occupancy at Trelawn Court is 10 guests.
