Unique 6 Bed 3 Bath Detached Home in Cheltenham

Welcome to our 6 Bed detached home in Cheltenham . This unique space comprises of a 5 bed detached home for 9 guests and a self contained studio home next door for 2 more guests.

A spacious 6 bedroom home in Cheltenham close to Cheltenham town centre. The property consists of a detached 5 bedroom home for up to 9 guests with a self contained detached studio to the side for another 2 guests. The property has it's own drive with enough off road parking for up to 4 cars.

Whether you a looking for short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay or just a well needed get-together with friends this home is the perfect choice for you.

The main house is accessed via its own private front door with porch to hang coats. The entrance hallway (with downstairs toilet) then leads straight to the lounge at the rear of the house. The lounge has a comfy corner sofa and armchair that can easily seat 7 and a 65" flat screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge then lead out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden which has a patio, lawn and outside sofas for up to 8.

Off to the right of the hallway is a bright and spacious kitchen diner with dining table for up to 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen has an under counter fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker too with complimentary pods provided. Finally there is a side door from the kitchen that lead outside to the private enclosed rear garden.

To the left of the hallway is a generous ground floor double bedroom for 2 guests with a King Size 'zip-and-link' bed that can be pulled apart to make single beds on request.

Upstairs there are a further 3 double bedrooms and single bedroom including the Master Bedroom which has its own modern en suite shower. Two of these bedrooms again have 'zip and link' King Size beds that can be made up as singles if required. The family bathroom has been beautifully modernised and has a bath with shower over.

Next to the house is the self contained studio home which has it's own, garden entrance and front door. The studio offer a generous open plan kitchen / living / dining area with double bed, built in wardrobes, sofa and flat screen Smart TV, dining table for 2 and modern shower room. The kitchen area again has everything you'll need for basic cooking and comes with a fridge / freezer, oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.

This unique home also has a gate in the garden to allow access both homes at the rear.

Located at the end of a cul de sac our house is quiet and peaceful and offers easy access to nearby attractions, such as Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with restaurants, bars and shopping for all your needs. Cheltenham is at The Heart of The Cotswolds, and all its popular tourist destinations are a short drive away.

Whether you're looking to explore the local Regency culture that Cheltenham offers or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat we aim to provide you with an unforgettable stay.

Wi-Fi is also complimentary and available to use throughout your stay.

The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Both the studio and the house have separate key safes.

We will always be quick to respond to any questions or queries. We've set up this home for self check-in's so guests can be completely self sufficient if preferred.

Nunney Close is located at the ned of a quiet cup de sac and is close by to General Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

The house offers excellent transport links into Cheltenham town centre, which is around a 5 minute drive and Gloucester, which is a 10 minute drive. The house is not too far (a 5 minute drive) from the junction 11 M5 turn off for easy access down to Bristol or up to Birmingham. The nearest train station is Cheltenham Spa which is a 8 min taxi ride. The house has it own drive with parking for 3 vehicles.

Both kitchens comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.

We also supply all linen for all beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with a selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.

We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.

Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Additional rules
- This home is strictly no smoking - this includes the outside space. Guests who wish to smoke must do this away from the property on the street outside.
- Pets are allowed at a charge of £20 per day per pet. Please notify us of any furry animals when you book please.
- Every effort will be made to give you the most comfortable stay possible. If you do have any issues or concerns please let us know when you check in so we can help resolve these as quickly as possible for you.
- Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
- The Hot Tub can only be used between 8am and 10pm.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
- Please ensure all waste and rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
