“The entire place smells of cigarettes. The staff was incredibly unhelpful when our keycards kept not working.”

“We stayed in a handicapped room and it was huge for us to go around with a wheelchair. I wished they had a handicapped stool in the bathroom but still a very nice room. The bed was fair. But I would say our stay was good. I just don't like that the older gentleman from the front desk went to the breakfast area and he started arguing with the other occupant. Also, there was a drunk person in the parking lot who was trying to get my attention. But I think they were occupants too. Anyhow, still...

“No microwave ! We had to bring our own teapot ! They claimed they did not have any black tea bags, only herbal tea ! But then the next day at breakfast, we had to ASK them again, and they finally brought out the black breakfast tea, that earlier they claimed they did not have !!”

Per me gravissimo. In America usano fare così e in tutti gli alberghi dove sono stato era così. Non vedi l' ora di scappare dalla camera. Il personale è solo nero o latino, quindi tutti molto gentili ed educati. ”

“Nice and very clean room. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Hotel Shuttle bus take you to metro station, which is only 25 minutes from downtown Washington. Great breakfast.”

“Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions.
