“WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. During a genuine medical emergency with my best friend hospitalized, I spent hours trying to move a reservation by one single day. The hotel had availability. I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. I am not interrupting doctors and nurses to justify a hotel stay. I could not access...

“This place is really close to Ladysmith! It has a great pool with waterslide and hottub. The pool was clean and cared for- staff coming in frequently to check in. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was substantial! We would absolutely come back again!”

“Large, comfortable room. No sponge to do the dishes, but plenty of good towels. The family who runs it are low key and seem to like a homey atmosphere. Walking distance to downtown. ”
