General Information
This modernly furnished apartment is located on the rear slope of the Kassberg and is ideally situated on a quiet side street, not far from the city center and easily accessible from the Rottluff highway exit. There is plenty of free parking available in the area.

All rooms in the apartment offer plenty of natural light, and on warm days, you can enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony. We’ve furnished the entire apartment to provide our guests with a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

The cozy bedroom comfortably sleeps two people, as does the fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Accommodation
We have completely renovated and lovingly furnished the entire apartment. Therefore, we ask that you treat the furniture and household items with care.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you’ll find everything you need there. In addition to a good selection of tea, there is a Tassimo machine with coffee capsules available for your use.

Guest Access
Self-check-in is available for the apartment. However, since we live right nearby, we’re happy to assist with any questions or provide information.

Additional Important Information
For longer stays, we offer a free towel and linens change service.
For a wide range of TV entertainment, there is cable TV with numerous German and some international channels. In addition, the TV comes with free Netflix access.
