“It was in the trees and so clean and quiet! The breakfast bar and coffee bar were amazing! And location to the airport was really great! I will certainly be staying there again!!! Susan Hamilton”

“Room and bathroom were high quality. I do not believe vacant rooms should be kept at A/C temp of 70 degrees. Too cold for normal people upon arrival. Thermostats customer control is very nice. Wasting precious energy in vacant rooms increases cost to Corporation and is passed down to customers. Wouldn't possible reduction of cost, even if small, help to increase patronage and enhance customer perception of Hyatt brand? The thing I did not like was not enough instruction or signage or emphasis...

“Staff was friendly. Room was dirty. Blankets had stains/sticky on them. Several of us found the pillows uncomfortable, but that may be personal choice. Facility is quite old and condition of room and elevator reflected that. The rooms looked good online, it was less expensive than neighboring properties, and it was apparently remodeled at some point, so we gave it a chance, but will not plan to revisit.”
