“They had enough English to help me, they even arranged a cab for me when I needed to leave. Very clean and comfortable. It was worth it to me to go out of the way to get there (it is not close to major transit hubs).”

“Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants....

“A Chengdu per fiera presso nuovo centro congressi. L'hotel, per quanto credo sia piuttosto recente come tutta la zona che lo circonda, da un'idea di "vecchio". La camera non aveva un profumo particolarmente accattivante... tuttavia la posizione è stata molto comoda.”

“Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel.
