Sleeping Arrangements:

To offer fair pricing for both small and large groups, bedroom access is allocated based on the number of guests included in your reservation.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.

Regardless of the number of guests, the entire duplex is reserved exclusively for your group. The property is never shared with other guests.

If you'd like access to all three bedrooms, simply make your reservation for five or more guests.

This pricing structure allows us to offer affordable rates for couples and small families while maintaining the privacy and exclusivity of an entire home.

For operational purposes, any bedrooms not included in your reservation will remain locked during your stay.

• BETHEL is a self-managed private homestay. Daily housekeeping and room service are not included during your stay.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests before check-in.
• The property is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Visitors are not permitted.
• Parties, events, commercial shoots, or loud gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.
• The terrace is not accessible to guests for safety and security reasons.
