•Modern kitchen with pantry, utensils & appliances
•Dining area and indoor common spaces
•Private balconies with scenic sit-out spots
•All attached and shared bathrooms
•In house staircase access to the first floor

The entire space is yours during your stay — perfect for hosting, relaxing, and celebrating without interruptions
Other things to note
This is an event-friendly property — please inform us in advance if you’re planning a party, shoot, or gathering.
•Music is allowed, but outdoor volume should be controlled after 12 PM as a courtesy to neighbors.
•Catering, decoration, and photography services are available on request — let us know in advance.
•Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
•Strictly no illegal activities, drugs, or outside alcohol service setups.
•Extra mattresses and bedding can be arranged upon request (charges may apply).
•Parking is available for multiple vehicles inside the premises.
•Housekeeping will be done before check-in. Daily cleaning support can be arranged if needed.
•Our helper is present from 6 PM to morning to assist. A 24/7 on-site helper will be appointed shortly.
•Check-in and check-out timings can be flexible based on prior approval and availability.
