“New hotel. Some issues with reception due to inexperience . Otherwise nice n friendly staff Nice rooms and good breakfast 10 minutes away from airport Shuttle needs to be streamlined Reasonable tariff. ”

“The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and the servers are wonderful! Great views from the balcony of the backwaters and the Arabian Sea. Plus, the pool was exactly what I needed. ”

“I can want to write this until I had another hotel to compare it with. This is not the best hotel there are others cleaner, where is no breakfast there was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. I was bitten many times Beach is not close it's 150 yards away sea is opposite but sea wall rocks are there. Worst for me was glazed tiles in bathroom/ shower obviously never heard of health and safety. Steep narrow steps to room”

“Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip.”

“Staff were only focused on how much we had to pay for early check in. We booked a room abd prepaid for 3 but the room had 1 towel and 1 water bottle. We hadvto request everything. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour. Ny husband was unwell and couldn't lie flat so requested an extra pillow which they refused to provide. Except for the proximity to the airport I would not be recommending this hotel as it not exactly cheap so you would be better staying elsewhere. There are other...
