Castelli a Cherokee

“Hotel is spacious. Has varieties of restaurants to eat at. Rooms are clean and very good size. Elevators are slow because I don’t think that they run all of them at the same Time.”

“We have stayed here may times over the years. They are very clean, well maintained, up to date. The staff is always extremely friendly. They are walking distance to many local shops and restaurants”

“nice place, clean, friendly”

“The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking.”

“For an unexpected last minute change of our hotel accommodations, we were so very satisfied with Bay Mountain Inn. We didn't know anything about this hotel so didn't really know what to expect. From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out, we were extremely satisfied. The front desk associates were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were very clean and completely met our needs. The continental breakfast was the basic easy and light food. ...

“The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an...

“I think I answered all your questions.”

“Ideale per soggiornare a Cheerokee, la posizione della stanza è ottimale anche per il paesaggio che offre dalla camera. Buona la colazione offerta con la possibilità di farla in terrazza.”

“Super clean and very healthy Breakfast options. Highly recommend this location and property while visiting Smoky”

“Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

“Great hotel.”

“There were quite a few bugs in the room some spiders and some roaches. The front desk was useless-I checked in around 5 pm and”

“Our stay was for two nights. The room was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was courteous and very helpful as we checked in. The cleaning staff was prompt and did an excellent job. The breakfast room was well supplied with many options. The only problem was that there was no elevator to the second floor and my wife who has knee problems had to climb up and down the stairs.”

“Very nice people. Pool was good. Room was clean and breakfast was great.”

“Clean room, quiet, and rivet view.”
