Hotel con piscina a Cherokee

“I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. ”

“We left the room for a few hours with the do not disturb sign on the door the curtains closed and the lights offwhen we came back, the lights were on there was a dirty rag laying on the counter the rag was sitting on my wife’s clothes, and the curtain was partially opened. Approached the manager and she did nothing said she saw the sign on the door, but maybe the maid had gone in which she is should not have our privacy was invaded and we will never visit that establishment again or anyone with...

“Staff was nice and lobby very clean. No entry from back parking area even though there is a door, that is an inconvenience as a guest. The room was clean however the bathroom still had dirty washcloths and towel hanging on shower curtain. Also the safety certificate in elevator expired in 12/04/25”

“I would have liked to see more attention to detail . My shower gel ran out as I’m taking my 1st shower , There was a wasp nest on the balcony , the room was so dark my wife had to put her makeup on outside . $350 per night way more than any hotel in the area . I loved the quiet room , food at the restaurant and staff . ”
