The room was very clean and beds comfortable, breakfast option was good and the breakfast was great. Plus it's also very close to the train station which is great only like 3min. away. ”

“We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. “Step back 105 years and sink yourself into a time of relaxation and small town charm. The Calhoun House has all the modern comforts but a real yester-year feel. Ed is a great historian and host and makes you feel at home, and we did.....stayed an extra unplanned night too!”

“Probably my best stay in a hotel in the Smokies! The customer service was outstanding, the room was clean and cozy with the roaring creek off the balcony with 2 nice rocking chairs. The property is well maintained. The REAL breakfast at the Heirloom House was included each day and a real sit down, order from the menu, upscaled restaurant. They serve dinner and drinks as well.
