“Newer property, clean, good location. Unfortunately most guests are construction crew for highway repairs working late shifts. Woken up at 4:15 each morning by large trucks backing into spots with safety horns beeping. Woken up again at 6am by day shift cranking large trucks and letting them warm up for 15 minutes. Talked to front desk asking if they could ask crew to not back into spaces and they said NO. ”

“The heater made an awful sound after being on for a little while, it was super cold in the room when I got there so it took forever to heat it up The hot water didn't really get too hot but it was warm enough to take a shower. My biggest issue was when I arrived The website claims the price you see is the price you pay but when I got there I was told I had to pay $100 deposit that I would receive back when I left didn't see anything about that on the website before I booked it All in all I'd say...

The place is huge and has everything you can imagine from restaurants to entertainment and is centrally located close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price of the room was very reasonable. This is the only place I'll stay in Cherokee North Carolina when I return.”
