Year Round Access in town Bungalow, Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Extra Parking

Fantastic in Town location, 2 Bed 2 Ba Bungalow in the Heart of Maggie Valley has Super Easy year round access with NO steep roads to maneuver, take a quick drive to one of the Many nearby Attractions, or just enjoy Relaxing in the Hot Tub or peace & quiet in front of the outdoor fire pit or indoor wood burning fireplace! This home is ideal for families, friends, or romance! The carport & drive allow for parking 2 Vehicles there is also an additional parking space .
Modern amenities include 2 Portable A/C Units and central heating, Real look electric Fireplace in the living room , 2 Bedrooms 1 with Queen bed and 1 with a Full bed, Living room with a Rocker Recliner , Sofa, with a pull out full bed , Washer/Dryer, The kitchen has all new Appliances , you will enjoy all Amenities of Home. Even a Keurig mini so you can bring your favorite coffee.

We offer wireless internet , with Smart tv's in every room. 7 person Hot Tub ,Gas/Charcoal Grill and sitting area, Deck with a table and chairs , Gas fire pit table and chairs to take in the Mountain Views. We also have Corn Hole boards available for a little friendly Competition 😀

But if your here for adventure then head out to the many exciting attractions that are within 30 minutes of the home: The Blue Ridge Parkway (12 minutes), Cataloochee Ski Resort and Ranch (18 minutes) Soco Falls, Harrah's Casino in Cherokee (30 minutes), Elk Watching, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, The Wheels Through Time Museum (3 minutes), Lake Junaluska (8 minutes), Downtown Waynesville (15 minutes) or Asheville (35 minutes), or schedule your trip to take in one of the many Festivals Held in the area. The Maggie Valley NC area has so much to offer that when its time to go home, You won't want to leave !!

The house's interior was kept clean, but there are evidence of wear from age. The hot tub was a good addition and was very warm and relaxing. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

The property was well represented. The hot tub was enjoyed. The fire pit was wonderful to play some Yahtzee in the evening. The host was excellent at communicating, all done in a very timely manner. Would differently stay here again.

The hall bathroom commode handle was broken and had to constantly be put back in. The central heart and air was not working but they did provide room air conditioners and small heaters if needed. It was overall a nice clean place. Would stay again if table and chairs were not so high. Hard to sit with legs dangling…

Very cozy!

Everything was just perfect for us! Very well equipped little house. Just added our own drinks and food and all the rest was there. Plenty of space and a relaxing outside area as well. Hot tub was nice but a little too cool for us weather wise. Would recommend it to all.

Our stay in Maggie Valley

Loved the house and property. Could have used a spring cleaning outside. Cobwebs and dirtiness., nothing a good broom and water could have rinsed away. The hot tub could use a new cover. It was rotten.

Just homly

Came for thunder in the smokeys . So ya it rained all weekend so we got to spend alot of time here. We enjoyed the hot tub . .the only complaint i could give it. Is coming into the road to property has extremely bad on a bike but no means property owners problem. Ty Cal i will be back

Convenient, peaceful, and cozy in the winter!

We were able to make a nice cozy dinner in the kitchen our first night with no problems. Great location just a short drive from good food and good times in every direction! My girlfriend gets cold easy and while the house was chilly when we arrived, the central heating warmed it up quick. The master bedroom definitely stayed a bit cooler than the rest of the house but all the included cozy throw blankets and space heaters helped remedy that no problem! Very responsive host. We had a great stay that I will remember for a long time to come.

Didn’t like that it didn’t have a wood fireplace

It was good my wife and daughter didn’t come because of the roads. So my pets didn’t come. So I would like my 60 dollars back and please start showing that yall have an electric fireplace instead of showing a regular fireplace. I love it other than not having a fireplace. That’s deceiving. Thanks

Cozy get a way

Small but ok for 2. Didn’t get to try hot tub because it was so cold outside. Had two bathrooms which was nice. Parking tight but we managed with our large pick up.

Maggie Valley

It was a great location. A cute and cozy house. It was 2 weeks after Hurricane Helene and we had issues all week with not having proper drainage with shower, toilets and sinks. But overall it was a wonderful home. We enjoyed the hot tub.
