“If you are a smoker this place is for you. Even though we booked two non-smoking rooms both of them smelled like smoke. Each room has an ashtray sitting on the air conditioning unit so people can smoke outside. The smoke then gets into the air conditioner which sends it into the room. They did offer to move us to a different room but again each room had an ashtray sitting outside of it ( mostly full of cigarette butts) so it wouldn’t have changed the smoke smell. “The shower and microwave hadn't been cleaned. I left a note for housekeeping to just clean the tub, which never happened. Couldn't take a shower anyway with no hot water”

“We found a couple of biting bugs in one of 2 beds (room 113). Carpeting was dirty and the bathtub was cracked. Beds were comfortable, wifi was fine, the ice machine was great and easily accessible, and the view of the river out the back window was nice.”

“The grass around the building was very high and needed to be cut. Mostly in the campers behind the motel. Room was clean until you looked in the corners. Sheets were very poor quality and so thin you could see thru them”
