“Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. “Greeted immediately by the kindest front desk staff, room was very clean and check out was effortless! 10/10 stay :) ”

“The evening staff was amazing! She warmed cookies before we went to bed one night and even put them on a plate for us. Place was very clean! I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs, and this passed with flying colors! Lastly, the breakfast was super yummy with so many options to feed even the pickiest eaters! ”

“The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience ”

“The room was extremely outdated. There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was filthy. The handle for the shower almost fell off. Had to hold it in place to make it work. Although the room had a refrigerator microwave, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise, never used the microwave so I don’t know if it worked or not. The hairdryer was an electrical hazard. The electrical plug was cracked, and the covering on the air dryer itself was also cracked, exposing wires to the point where I...

“Our room was not cleaned from the day before. Dirty bed and garbage. Ice cream container on the night stand. Made a nasty sticky mess”

“The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room”

“I have stayed at the Jefferson Inn numerous times over the past five years. I have always found it to be a very good value. They provide all of the basics. Bed, tv, bathroom, etc., meet my needs very well. On one visit, I left my driver's license at the motel, and they mailed it to me. I will stay there again. Parking is very convenient. There are places nearby to eat and get gas.”

“They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels. ”

“There's a Walmart near by its walking distance but it's through traffic. Room was clean when I arrived. It is pet friendly. They don't really have that much staff but they do get the job done ”

“Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. ”

“Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. ”
