“I asked for towels by calling down to the attendant front desk , she said they’d bring some up but they never did. They never cleaned my room and I never had the do not disturb hanger on the door. The front desk said they only clean rooms every three days. What kinda sense does that make? What if you’re only staying three days or less? “The room was very clean and very big. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Staff was very friendly at check-in. The location was very convenient right off the LIE. The area had restaurants, Starbucks, and a Walmart. There was an outdoor patio for grilling and a fire pit. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection -fruit, cereal, baked goods, yogurt and more.”
