I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted. “Very fast and kind response when we had any issues”

“Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round”
