“A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose ”

“When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting. “Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. ”

“This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). “I was pleasantly impressed. Rooms were clean and plenty of room for our travels. Pool was nice however it was just a bit too hot in the room! Breakfast had choices for once! Hotel was very booked as there was a soccer tournament and engineer conference going on that weekend so it was hard to find a seat at breakfast and we had to wait short time for refills but considering the over all was a good experience. ”
