“Well maintained and clean quiet room.”

“I need to get some refund as I was given a room that has a side door. I couldn't sleep the whole night as the next door room person was snorring and it was like in my ears. I also told the lady at the counter next day morning”

“The TV did not work in my room so I asked to be moved to a different room. In the the new room, the sink had a leak. They charge you for breakfast but they do not provided you anything more then the standard continental breakfast that you can get free just about anywhere else. It was not worth the price.”

“The room was dirty we couldn’t get towels everyday we had to go to the front desk for towels. We had 3 days of towels in our room that they wouldn’t pick up. We had our room cleaned 2 times. The front desk staff were very nice. But what they said didn’t happen. The cleaning staff were rude. The manager Leslie refunded one night. I have cancer and need clear invitement. This entire 5 days were definitely not what we expected .We didn’t come home to last every day so we didn’t have to be in that...

“Plenty of parking, staff was courteous, breakfast was good and the room/ bathroom was spacious, clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the extra security lock to my room door was MISSING!! In today's world, that extra security is needed. I would recommend this hotel.”
