The Space:

Welcome to "Luxury Looks!" Tucked away in the heart of Aska Adventure Area w/ close prox. to Long Creek Falls hiking trail, the Toccoa River rafting, Toccoa Riverside Restaurant & Lake Blue Ridge -- when you're not enjoying the stunning lodge, you'll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty of Blue Ridge. With stunning mountain views, large entertaining space, and every amenity you could imagine, we're so thrilled to share w/ you our version of laidback luxury.



The lodge is nothing short of well-equipped and large enough for multiple families or groups. With three full suites, an additional double queen room, and a bunk room -- sleeping space is ample yet private and comfortable. The interior has two large living rooms each with their own stacked stone fireplaces and large entertainment areas. Additionally, the "Bourbon Porch" is an enclosed outdoor deck with another fireplace, TV, outdoor grilling area and dining space. On the terrace deck, find an indoor/outdoor bar area, hot tub spa area, and a path to the large game room. Contoured with porches, there are sitting areas and outdoor swing beds around the perimeter to maximize the ability to take in the gorgeous Aska Adventure Area views. Above the main level living space is a great office space so guests can work with a view. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with kitchenware to create a feast. With a formal dining space and eat-in bar, you'll find yourself migrating to the kitchen for the next meal -- whether you're cooking, or you have one of our in-house chefs visiting! Find yourself nestled up by the fireplaces, relaxing in the hot tub, or reading a book on one of the swing beds while surrounded by nature. This is Luxury Looks. Stay a while!



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home less any owner closets. We ask that you speak with a co-host regarding codes to certain areas before attempting access. Co-hosts will provide instructions prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet mountain community, you will find that there are both primary residents and visitors alike.



Getting Around:

Parking is ample, but with numerous cars, some will have to back out of the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

-Firewood for the outdoor/indoor fire places is not provided. However, we can provide contact information for a firewood delivery service--which needs to be scheduled at least a week before arrival, based on the vendor's availability, and the guest will be responsible for paying for the cost externally.



--Events of any kind are not permitted at this home. Including but not limited to weddings, elopements, parties, etc.



--This home is professionally cleaned with each stay and all home effects/damages are noted before new guest arrivals. Guest should take note of any obvious damages upon check-in and notify hosts immediately. Should guests not notify hosts, hosts will assume damages are due to guest occupying property or will be noted upon check out and damage requests will be sent accordingly.



--All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID.



--We leave all of our guests with a starter supply of essentials for their stay. This consists of toiletries in each bathroom, a few garbage bags, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, starter dishwasher pods, and starter laundry pods. Anything further that is needed during the stay will be the guest's responsibility. Kitchens are not stocked with spices, aluminum foil, etc but are fully stocked with dishes/ pots/pans/ utensils for your cooking needs. Linens are left in bathrooms according to the number of guests included in the reservation.



--Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed.



--We require a 2-night minimum (some holiday & peak season days require 3-4 nights) and you must be 25 years old to book.
