Whiskey Ridge is a scenic, charming cabin located in the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains. This cabin offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort that immediately makes you feel at home. With its log cabin aesthetic and wrap-around porch, the cabin offers a peaceful and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Truly picturesque and serene, get ready for a getaway you will never forget!

The name of the cabin, Whiskey Ridge, was inspired by the barrel bar located on the main floor deck and basement game room. The cabin has a wildlife theme with a focus on bears and deer, and visitors may even spot these creatures in the surrounding area. The cabin's interior is decorated with a rustic, cozy feel, including hickory Amish furniture and quilts with bear and pine cone themes. So step in the front door, complete with a screen door with a carved bear on it, and get ready to unwind. You might even see some wildlife right outside the doors!

One of the most amazing fun facts about Whiskey Ridge? Burt Reynolds filmed a movie, Hamlet & Hutch, in the cabin! The owners left a DVD of the movie for you right by the DVD player so you can watch and enjoy it!

You'll find comfortable places to relax and unwind throughout the cabin, including in front of the river rock gas fireplace in the living room or the large screen TV in the game room. No expense was spared to ensure you have the most memorable getaway possible.

The cabin is located in a prime location near several popular destinations, including Cherry Log and Downtown Blue Ridge. In Downtown Blue Ridge, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like boating, tubing, and white water rafting. In Ellijay, you can visit local wineries, go kayaking or tubing on the Cartecay River, and attend the annual Apple Festival. There's an activity everyone will love.

Whiskey Ridge will provide you with the perfect blend of peace and adventure. So whether you're looking to relax in the hot tub, hike the Benton MacKaye trail, or explore the nearby towns and attractions, this cabin offers something for everyone.

Host was prompt with replies to issues. Nice cabin, furniture in upstairs main area should be updated. Downstairs game area was really nice. However, the room downstairs is extremely cold. They did bring us two space heaters which helped.
