La casa ha una grande sala a forma di ottagono con soffitti con struttura in legno aperta e un grande camino aperto. Fai le grigliate al chiuso con la griglia interna. Grande vasca idromassaggio per 7 persone fuori dalla camera da letto principale. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con soffitti a volta aperti. La pittura d'interni è stata eseguita da un artista. Pavimenti riscaldati radianti. Alcune parti della casa sono dotate di aria centrale, ricorda che questo è il centro di New York e l'aria condizionata non è davvero necessaria. Questa casa è davvero una casa vacanza unica nel suo genere grazie alle sue 20 miglia più viste in quasi la vista a 360 gradi. Ci sono ottime colline da slitta per i bambini. Nuovo divano componibile e sedie girevoli con poltrone reclinabili e prese USB sul lato del divano in una grande sala, nuovo divano, divano futon e sedia in studio.

Visita il parco statale di Glimmerglass per sentieri escursionistici, snow tubing ecc. La spiaggia con un grande lago lo rende un posto fantastico a soli 15 minuti da casa.

My husband and I booked this property for our wedding weekend and wedding reception. There was an event fee, which was very reasonable.The host was very accommodating when we needed to set up and take down the tent due to rain. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond. The houses had everything we needed and were very well-maintained and clean. The views on the property are amazing!! Everyone at the reception raved over how beautiful the setting was. We can’t wait to see the pictures! Also, having two separate houses was perfect for getting ready the morning of the wedding and the game room was great. We had an amazing weekend with all of our friends and family. Definitely recommend booking this property!

The views and accommodations will have you coming back time and time again. It was so easy to check and speak to the host if we need to. You have everything you need here. The house was clean and secure. The hot water and water pressure were perfect for relaxing showers and the hot tub was also a great way to enjoy the incredible views. I can't wait to go back. Amazing house for a winter family getaway .We had tons of snow . Amos was very accessible and cleared the roads on theProperty when needed.Every family member enjoyed themselves. The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every room! There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. The Barn House allowed night owls a space to hang out without disturbing/ delaying bedtime for the little ones. Great stay! ones.

This VRBO exceeded our expectation! The home(s) had everything we needed. Comfy beds, beautiful and comfortable shared living spaces, well equipped kitchen, hot tub. But the view was the highlight for us - STUNNING!! We enjoyed daylight hours enjoying the unending view and beautiful fall colors. The nights had us around the firepit and under the stars. We even had a rare view of the Northern Lights! We definitely hope to return.

Absolutely incredible house and location in the countryside just 30 mins from Cooperstown. Stayed in the main house with extended family and could not have asked for a nicer visit. Beautiful views, clean house with all the amenities. Thank you! We’d love to come back someday.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a 15U baseball tournament in Cooperstown. The views from this property are unbelievable. One night we sat around the fire pit and watched fireworks from off in the distance down in the valleys below. The house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and more than enough room to accommodate three families for the weekend. The kids loved the game house with the pool table and ping pong. Each night they would play flashlight tag while the parents enjoyed hanging out in the great room or the movie room. During our stay it was unusually hot for central Nee York, but there were plenty of fans and enough breeze in the rooms that were not air conditioned. I cannot recommend this property enough if you are looking for a well appointed, beautiful home in the Cherry Valley/Cooperstown area!! The views alone are worth the stay!!

This place is beautiful!! The views are incredible and the yard is huge with lots of room to play games and sit around the fire pit at night. The houses have everything you need. Just bring food and beverages! There are hay fields surrounding the property and we were able to watch the hay get cut, fluffed and then rolled. It was fascinating to watch. Hot tub was perfect! Amos is a great host and we will most definitely come back again!!

Some friends and I stayed at the house for 4 days (3 nights), and it is amazing! Spacious enough that people can spread out and engage in multiple activities without being on top of each other, but also roomy enough for when we all got togetger for group activities and meals. Second house had it's own kitchenette, pool table, ping pong and lounge while the main house was great for watching movies, playing group games, and cooking meals for 10+ people. The views are absolutely stunning and Amos was very pleasant and responsive. Would absolutely go back: 10out of 10 star experience!

As this was our fifth stay at the property, it goes without saying that we have had many enjoyable times there and find the property and location to be very lovely and ideal for our purposes. It is much the same now as it had been on our four previous visits. We did notice this year that there was much less firewood provided than in the past. A whole wall of the garage used to be stocked with firewood, but this time the amount we were provided only allowed us to have indoor fires for part of the day on two of our three nights at the property, as we were worried about running out of wood. This was somewhat disappointing, as the ability to enjoy the fireplace for the duration of our stay has always been an important selling point of the property. We thought that perhaps this was simply a timing issue that would not have occurred if a wood delivery had taken place more recently. Otherwise, we had a good, relaxing time. We will certainly be considering a return visit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The great room is exactly what we look for on trips, since it has room for everyone in our group of 14, and includes those in the kitchen as well. The hot tub was inviting, as the weather was cold and rainy while we were there. I would love to go back another time and enjoy the views in the nicer weather - it is an amazing property! Amos was very responsive during the whole process. We recommend his home to everyone!

off the bat the views are incredible no matter which way you look. Seriously, bring a camera and binoculars. The interior is huge and tons of windows. The hot tub was really nice and clean. They allowed us to host our wedding there and the space was perfect. We had a couple of small snags but the owners were incredibly good with communicating. A thing of note: there is no door to the master bedroom. You do have your own wing of the house and bathroom but there is no door. The barn is beautiful as well and has 3 separate beds with it's own private living space. Overall the place is definitely worth the stay.
