The upper part has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and solarium with lake view and rustic wood floor. This section also has a large 750 square foot terrace. The lower part, made in 2022, has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a huge all-glass living room with a view of the lake and radiant heating throughout the entire floor. The lower part also has a very large terrace laid out in paving stones. This chalet is particularly well suited for family reunions.
