“This hotel didn’t have a pool for the kids also my room toilet didn’t work. The managers were horrible there. The lock on the door was unsecured. You just could push the door opened. My stay was horrible there. I would not stay there again.

“Front desk customer service was awesome from beginning to end. Room was 100% clean. Nice very up to date kitchen and refrigerator. Smart TV with access to streaming services is definitely a win, win in my book. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!! Will definitely be back for another stay. Hopefully, the next stay will be longer so I can enjoy my stay even more.”

“Booked this property four months before arrival on Expedia as "pay at property" for a weeks stay. Was emailed in the morning of check in I needed to update my card information by 7:15 pm. I updated my info by 5pm but when I arrived at the hotel my reservation had been canceled.
