Hotel con piscina a Cheshire

“Suites were a great size for our 4 night stay. Hotel is only 2 years old. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.”

“It would have helped if there was more and better food to buy from machines or at the desk when the restaurant was closed on Monday. When we arrived on Monday evening, we were too exhausted to drive out to find another place to eat. So we had to eat mac and cheese bought at the snack area. It was not very special.”

“Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

“The room had 2 beds in it that were very uncomfortable. They felt lumpy and felt like they were there much too long. There were paper cups in the bathroom. I was there for 2 nights, and cost over 400.00. I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6. Very disappointed.”

“I complained because it sounded like someone was rolling bowling balls across the floor above us all night long. The staff did nothing to make it better. There was another woman in the lobby complaining at the same time and nothing was done for her either. It cost a lot of money to stay there and would have been nice if they acknowledged that things were not right.”
