Housekeeping was cleaning on the other end of the floor. After bringing it to the front desk's attention, it was cleared. Once we entered the room, it lacked the freshness of cleanliness, so our own cleaning and spray helped it feel and smell cleaner. Also, a luggage cart was utilized and inadvertently left in the room once we left for our event....

“The check-in staff was friendly but found out at checkout that they had billed me incorrectly. It was corrected. The property and room condition were average. Showed considerable wear. Bathroom could have been cleaner. It’s little things that make guests feel welcome. For example, the bedside clock was not set correctly and was hours off. The date and time on the tv were never set so you could not access the program guide. The property location was convenient to the interstate but consequently...

“Renovations were taking place which was evident on walls and hallways. One elevator was very slow and other one was not working. Had to change rooms after seeing it: dirty carpet and tub, broken toilet bowl that they had tried to cement together. Not a horrible stay but not great either. Beautiful area but will not stay here again. ”
