“The price was very good for the central location. The flat was cleaned and smelled fresh with fresh towels and toiletries. Very spacious and convenient for groups. However, there was a smell of sewage coming from the shower drain and there was mold and rust all over. I paid an extra £10 for an early check in but I couldn't enter straight away because there was a delay in sorting my code and I couldn't contact the administration because they didn't pick up my messages or calls until about 20...

“Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.”
