“Helpful staff and good amenities”

“Roomzz is very good value for money. The position is perfect, next to the race course and very close to the city centre, rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved a bit, and unluckily for me I had an issue with non working AC in a very warm day (surprisingly for UK)... if that didn't happen my review would be 100% positive. In any case this hotel is absolutely ok, the next time I come to Chester I'll be back here for sure.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Boathouse! The location on the river and just a short walk from the city walls was absolutely perfect. No AC in the midst of a heatwave, but the open windows cooled the room down quite a bit. We loved the boathouse decor and our room felt so comfy and cozy. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was great and included our choice of a hot meal. It was also great to be able to keep our car there for a few hours after check out to spend some more time exploring the...

“Arrivati tardo pomeriggio la stanza era fredda e il terzo letto non preparato. Mia moglie aveva altra stanza: consegnate le chiavi ha trovato la stanza sporca e non preparata (biancheria letto del cliente precedente). Le hanno cambiato la stanza (ore 21.30) e ha trovato stanza fredda (la finestra era aperta). La prima colazione si può migliorare: il succo d’arancia e’ terribile.”

“Room was great for four of us after a day at the zoo and before a city visit the next day. Good walkable location. A small issue getting access but sorted by the host on the phone. Beware: there is NO parking at the property- I booked as it was a highlighted feature but there is no parking here. We were given advice by the host to park across the road in the Delamere car park which was fine (£9.50- arrived 8pm left next day at 2pm) but just an error on Expedia. Found the room quiet and warm....
