As you enter, you'll find the open-plan living/kitchen area which is perfect for socialising and unwinding. The fully equipped modern shaker style kitchen includes, an integrated fridge freezer, coffee machine and microwave for your culinary needs.



After whipping up a delicious meal you can enjoy it at the kitchen peninsula, overlooking the living area or outside rear yard with bistro set.



Relax on the cosy living room sofa and watch your favourite shows or movies on the smart TV with app access (Roku - you will need your own login details). There is a log burner which is perfect for those cosy nights!



UPSTAIRS



The light and spacious bedroom boasts a very comfortable double bed ensuring you have a restful night's sleep. There is also ample open wardrobe space. You are sure to get a great nights sleep here!



Family bathroom with overhead shower. This cottage style bathroom ticks all of the boxes! Indulge in long bubble bath after a long day of sightseeing, or a quick shower in the morning before heading out for the day!

Access is via lock box. For security reasons, the code will come out to you automatically, 24 hours before your check in time.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.



We have a travel cot and high-chair available . The travel cost is a standard make and No linen or extra mattress is provided for the travel cot.



Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
