“The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Decor is in need of a refresh. There was a strong smell emanating from the wardrobe which meant I couldn’t use the wardrobe and my request for the wardrobe to be cleaned was ignored although the change of spare towels in the wardrobe was made. Staff were friendly but unresponsive. The fire alarm went off one of the nights just as I was drifting off to sleep and kept going off intermittently. “Roomzz is very good value for money. The position is perfect, next to the race course and very close to the city centre, rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved a bit, and unluckily for me I had an issue with non working AC in a very warm day (surprisingly for UK)... if that didn't happen my review would be 100% positive. In any case this hotel is absolutely ok, the next time I come to Chester I'll be back here for sure.”

“Stayed here on a Thursday overnighter with my hubby, it doesn't look much from outside, but step inside and what a little gem! This place has just 3 rooms, ours was immaculate and I'm sure it was a higher standard than your average pub hotel. The decor was really nice, bed was super comfy, tea & coffee making facilities, and the bathroom was very nice and a decent size with a good electric shower.
