“We had an excellent stay at The Seven. The property looked recently renovated, and there’s a lovely communal sitting area. The room was very big, great facilities and very comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly and it was a 5 min walk into the centre. Added bonus of limited parking at the rear. ”

Breakfast could be improved a bit, and unluckily for me I had an issue with non working AC in a very warm day (surprisingly for UK)... if that didn't happen my review would be 100% positive. In any case this hotel is absolutely ok, the next time I come to Chester I'll be back here for sure.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bed and beddings were comfortable and clean and the bathroom was well provisioned (we particularly liked the shower). We only stayed one night but had a really restful time. The hotel also offers an excellent baggage storage service which we loved as we could store our heavy luggage while we explored the beautiful town of Chester.”

"Nonostante la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff la camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva problemi allo scarico del wc ed il tappo della doccia ha bloccato lo scarico dell’acqua. Malgrado la segnalazione e l’intervento dei ragazzi i problemi sono rimasti. Fortunatamente abbiamo dormito una notte soltanto. L’albergo merita molto. Bello l’arredamento, pulito. A 15min dalla stazione ed in centro. Dovrebbero concentrarsi un po’ più sulla manutenzione. Comunque lo consiglio, magari il problema è stato solo sulla nostra camera. "
