Bolsover Castle View is a newly renovated property situated in Bolsover,with excellent links to the M1 being 5 minutes away from junction 29a.

Plenty free on street parking is available.

The property benefits from 2 new high security composite doors with 3 Star Plus Ultion Locks and new double glazing.

The downstairs area is a spacious open plan area which is floor tiled throughout making it suitable for dog owners.

The rear of the property is secure offering outdoor space for children and dogs.

The property has a tiffany LED lighting theme throughout.

The property is gas central heated,the new boiler heats the property quickly and provides instant hot water.The boiler is controlled by a Nest thermostat and Hive smart radiator valves.

The property is powered by solar.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detection is present with a hard wired Google Nest sensor and FireAngel protection.

Wi-Fi speed - 140 mbps.

The living room offers a 3 seater and a 2 seater Chesterfield suite,mounted on the wall is a Samsung 43 inch smart television that includes Netflix and BBC I player.

The dining area offers a table that seats 4 people and a Munchkin 360 Cloud Highchair.

The kitchen area is home to a washer/dryer,a free standing fridge freezer,a kettle,toaster,and an electric hob and oven,included is a microwave,all the appliances are branded and new.The kitchen is well stocked with crockery,utensils and cutlery.

Tea,coffee and milk are provided.

Bedroom number 1 has a King sized bed with a silent night mattress,a chest of draws and a Samsung 33 inch wall mounted smart television.A new travel cot is available and easily fits in the bedroom.

Bedroom number 2 has two adult single beds,both with silent night mattresses and a toddler bed.

Full bedding and towels are provided.

A spacious shared wardrobe is located on the landing via a doorway.

The bathroom features a new old style bath with a shower head attachment,a sink and toilet.

Toiletries and toilet paper are provided.

There are many shops close by including a Morrisons,a butchers,a bakery,6 pubs,restaurants and an excellent bus service.
