Les Lauriers en Luberon

In the commune of Cheval-Blanc, we offer this charming 50 m² air-conditioned cottage for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Communal area :
- A shared (with the owners) unheated 8×4m swimming pool. It is 1m70 deep. The pool is open from April to October.

Outside:
- An enclosed garden of 200 m², embellished with numerous rosebushes that bloom from May onwards.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Activities :
- The chapel of Saint-Ferréol, listed as a Historic Monument, is well worth a visit. Nearby, you can also discover the church of Saint-Paul, a former 17th-century chapel, and the chapel of Sainte-Thérèse.
- The Canal Saint-Julien and the Canal de Carpentras, in the heart of the commune, offer some very fine walks. Both canals are accessible by bike, making them ideal routes for a nature outing.
- Guided tours are also available in the Régalon gorges, giving visitors a chance to appreciate the wealth of flora and fauna in the Luberon Regional Nature Park.

The house is ideally located in Cheval-Blanc, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly outside in the courtyard of the house. Roadside parking is also available.

- Nearest train station: Cavaillon station, about 7 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Avignon airport, about 20 minutes by car
