No wardrobes and not even indoor shoes. And no staff actually helped us carry our luggaes to our rooms. Food was pleasing.

朝食付レートにしたが、それでも安かった。 ホテルは古いが、手を入れてあるので、不満無い。お湯も良く出る。朝食も値段の割に充実していた。 レセプション等スタッフも親切。 値段を考慮したら、良い選択。

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Odd that when we first entered the room after checking there were some cloths left from previous guests.. cleaning wasn’t great for this price.

Breakfast cost A Lot! Not worth the price. Luckily market is down the street. We learned the hotel don’t pay livable wages, pay regularly, or pay staffs their full working salary. Staffs are often compensated only partially for their work and some months WITHOUT pay. That explains why the hotel is not kept clean.

Nice, clean and friendly
It’s a nice hotel overall, but the area is too rural to my taste. They could do better with the breakfast. The staff are super friendly.

Very nice hotel with fantastic team always looking to help and to facilitate your stay. Staying in families rooms, 2x spacious rooms connected with 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges,... just awesome! Really special thanks to Mrs Jinawong, La Mai Director of Operations, as well as her team. Always smiling, so kind & so professional. Looking forward to go back in La Mai Hotel!

Nice hotel to stay, very close to the locals, and a lot of vendors nearby. Staff was very nice and helpfull. If you like a quiet/peacefull location, this is the place for you in Chiang-Mai.

The mistake was due to an oversight on our reservation record which should have never happened. I regret that this ever happened and hope you will accept our sincere apologies. I can promise you that we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that this mistake won't be repeated. Great staff but hotel under renovation
The staff were great and did their best under difficult circumstances. The hotel is in the middle of a gradual renovation project which means it's a bit of a mess. You call the lift and you might get a clean usable one or one full of building materials. The room I was given had, so I was told, been renovated but felt only partially done and cleanliness was not very good. E.G. the coffee cups were both dirty inside and the bathroom was not very clean. The new beds are on wheels which became frustrating very quickly as every time you bumped them or tried to sit up in bed they rolled away! The windows were fixed against movement in a slightly open postion, which made no sense. Again I will note that the staff were great. This hotel will doubtless be much better when the renovation works are complete.
